  In the course of my internship I did thorough research on companies and business competitors similar to our clients, approached candidated via social networks and conducted telephone interviews autonomously. I was responsible for the candidate management and coordinated candidate interviews I also took part at. I further wrote contact letters and reports of potential candidates. After developing job advertisements, I posted them on various job portals and trecked the conversion rate.

  I did research on and prepared the current debate and state of research regarding relevant topics of diversity at universities. As a team and in collaboration with various stakeholders we developed a diversity strategy for the Technical University of Berlin. Therefore, I planned, organised and implemented several events on topics such as Gender Equality, Racism in the academic context and people with disabilities at universities. Besides editing the annual datasets, I was further responsible for public relations and participated at strategy meetings and Inhouse-trainings (InDesign, Typo3).   Executive newplacement - market intelligence intern

  In the course of my internship in the department of Career Advice and New Placement at the management consultancy Kienbaum, I was part of the Market Intelligence Team. I worked closely with executives and provided comprehensive and complex company searches, depending on their area of work and upcoming interviews. I presented these research results during consultations with various consultants.Since the GDPR came into force during my internship, I further examinated and implemented new processes. A main task was also preparing, organising and following-up the annual meeting of Market Intelligence consultants as well as various customer events.I had the chance to also participate in various in-house training courses on topics such as 'New Work', 'HR Transformation' and 'HR Digitalisation'.   In the team for ‘Corporate Culture and Transformation' I worked in projects on “Working culture, sexual harassment and bullying in the academic context,” and “Further training and future competences”. In the course of these projects I conducted and analysed interviews, collected and prepared the actual state of research and developed benchmarks. Eventually, we used our data to give precise recommendations of actions to help commissioning companies identify needs of further trainings and transform their corporate culture. Show less
