Ensuring my goals were aligned to Teach For Pakistan’s vision of transforming students’ outcomes related to their academic achievement, access to future opportunities and attitudes for success.2. Worked closely with students’ parents and the school administration to hold extra classes / remedial sessions for students after school.4.
