  • Project Execution: Oversee major capital expenditure (Capex) projects from the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase through contract award to project closure and handover to the end user.• Engineering Support: Collaborate with the engineering team to review and approve design packages, resolve review comments, and issue final design documents (Issued for Construction - IFC).• Leadership: Lead a multi-disciplinary project execution team, ensuring that project scope, schedule, and cost are clearly defined, coordinated, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.• Schedule Development: Create baseline project schedules, defining activities, milestones, and sequences, alongside resource planning using histograms, progress measurement systems, and cash flow forecasts.• Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials and expedite manufacturing and delivery to the site.• Site Oversight: Conduct site surveys with the contractor team to ensure that site activities comply with schedules and applicable quality control standards, while implementing all engineering work processes in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.• Change Management: Evaluate change orders and variation orders, guiding them through the change management process and ensuring timely finalization.• Progress Meetings: Organize and participate in weekly progress review meetings, design reviews, risk analysis, and job safety analyses with relevant stakeholders.• Documentation Management: Review and update red mark-ups and as-built drawings post-mechanical completion, ensuring asset capitalization, PM Task and SPDP are completed per standard procedures.• Project Handover: Facilitate smooth project handover to clients, ensuring all hard and soft deliverables are provided.• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication through emails, letters, MOM, with all stakeholders, prepare & present progress reports to the management.
