  My responsibilities included the training of new technicians as well as training existing employee's in new technologies and also in correct safety behaviors. I also worked with new employee's on New Hire Paperwork included I9's and all company related documentation. I also had to supervise and work with mentors for new employee's making sure they correctly trained new hires while in the field. I was responsible for 20 employee's at any given time making sure they were completing their routes efficiently as well as making sure that jobs were done correctly. I also oversaw the employee's damage claims or customer concerns.
