I also had to supervise and work with mentors for new employee's making sure they correctly trained new hires while in the field. I was responsible for 20 employee's at any given time making sure they were completing their routes efficiently as well as making sure that jobs were done correctly. I also oversaw the employee's damage claims or customer concerns.
