  -In charge of the day-to -day movement of vehicles on official duty and ensuring are used in accordance with institution policy.-Checking vehicles' log information weekly and making correction where necessary.-Maintaining proper inventory of all components of vehicles, making sure they are maintained and checked frequently.-Ensuring the maintenance and servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed,-Preparing servicing requisition for repair and maintenance at the appropriate garages-Making sure all vehicles are topped up by the end of each month and kilometer reading is recorded for each vehicle.-Checking pool vehicles on regular basis to ensure that the vehicles are kept clean and that reports of any damage are made by driver concerned.-Submitting regular and comprehensive monthly reports to the Supervisor on vehicle movements, fuel usage and problems.-Perform any other related duties when required.
