      As CEO of Advanced Innovative Management (AIM) Solutions, Sandra brings 30 years of experience in engineering, management, consulting, logistics, leadership, and real estate. Her strong technical and business acumen are key components of her success. Her engineering work as an engineer in support of live fire missile testing as a resident of the U.S. Army Kwajalein Atoll, (USAKA), provided a practical appreciation for the challenges facing our soldiers. During her stellar engineering career with private industry, Army and NASA, she supported multiple projects such as Ground Based Radar (GBR), Ground Based Interceptor (GBI), and Battle Management. She earned her MBA and participated in advanced training in project management, leadership, and contract evaluation as part of the Senior Executive Leadership development path.
