Rectify the non-conformance and execute the change control if necessary.• Organize transportation, installation and commissioning of the induction heating & melting equipment until get the final acceptance and finish the warranty.• Maintain and improve the customer relationship.• Keep in touch with the group headquarters in Germany especially for key projects that involves multiple attendances.
