  My responsibility is to oversee and increase overall sales volume of the company's products, for example,Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). This is Marktec’s main product. It comprises a group of NDT chemical (such as PT, MT) and NDT machine (Such as ET, UT, X-ray). To increase sales for this category, it is obligated to have sufficient knowledge to be able to provide reliable explanatory and present the products to customers. The demonstration of the products is done by myself. Finally, I received license for PT, MT, UT and I have been recognized as a specialist staff for X-ray machine (Radiation safety officer intermediate level).I decided to expand my responsibilities from domestic sales to overseas sales in 2018, as I saw the challenge as an opportunity to grow in the career. My responsibility was to focus on and expand business in Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines. Together with my team, we are a dream team that were able to make a new high sales record for chemical product (Cleaner) which is manufactured by Marktec’s factory in Thailand as week as a new high record for print jet marking machine product in the Philippines.In 2020, I was promoted to be sales manager in which my responsibility is to lead team to achieve sales budget of the company. Therefore, I started with developing the marketing strategy to expand the sales platform from offline to online. The result was that the company can receive more new inquiries from new customers via this online platform. Moreover, this strategy was the main factor of having a new sales record of laser marking machine and for X-ray test and rental service. Show less
