  I supervised a team of mechanical engineers who provided design engineering support to complete the construction, startup and initial fuel load of Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (Unit 2). Design mechanical engineer at the Watts Bar Nuclear plant (Unit 2). My responsibilities include the turn-over of mechanical systems over from Bechtel's construction group to our client's startup and operations organizations. I have turned over the Containment Spray, Primary Water, Demineralized Water and Reactor Coolant systems. I provided design engineering support for the startup organization. I prepared design change packages to support dual unit operation of the ERCW and CCS systems. I supervised a team of mechanical engineers who prepared design change packages for the Hatch Nuclear Plant. Notable projects include the replacement of the Main Steam SRVs, Spent Fuel Pool heat exchangers, RHRSW valves and many others. Prepared Design Change Packages for existing nuclear power plants in the USA and abroad.

Spearheaded a process for performing critical component maintenance without requiring a dual unit shutdown. Provided engineering oversight for design change packages at the Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant (WBN). Ensured that the design and licensing bases were upheld using a strong technical conscience. Revised the stations Emergency Operating Procedure setpoint calculation to ensure compliance with the Westinghouse Owner's Group requirements.
