This study was conducted by the Tufts University Department of Child Study and Human Development in partnership with French psychologists and psychiatrists in France. Dr. Laurie Miller, Professor of Pediatrics at Tufts University School of Medicine, was who I was in direct contact with through the translation process. As the certificate of translation, my role was to translate all consent forms and surveys for both parents and adoptees from English to French and to ensure that all forms said the same thing in both languages such that there were no discrepancies.
