Whether it's through music or just words or visual art, I would strive to show people that God is closer to them than they may think. Each week I prepared songs, mp3s, lead sheets, schedule team members, recruit, train and collaborate with other creatives to accomplish this objective.

  Managing the artistic volunteers that create stage design, lighting, sound and atmosphere during the weekends and special events is my passion. I would lead and train many volunteers to use their technical and creative skills to enhance the experience at the Vineyard. I was also their graphic artist, web designer and creative consultant. I enjoyed creating the music flow for the weekend worship and special events along with training a new worship leader. I set up standards for our volunteers, workflow, scheduling, training, and budgets. I worked closely with the Sr. Pastor to create and implement new event ideas. This position includes music production, musical performance, training, and staff management.
