  Social Media Manager with Mitchell & Butlers within their Premium Country Pub brand. My current role include leading the sales and marketing within my site, creating various strategies, to drive sales through various forms of direct and indirect marketing. Throughout my day to day tasks I develop and grow the social media presence of my site, including further advertising, using niche styles. The two sites I have worked at I have grown the social presence across the main social platforms by 10% and 13.2% respectively, and increased the overall engagement considerably. From this the site was in growth by 6% and exceeded the budgets, and for the final period of FY20 exceeded these budgets by over 40%. I was also put in charge of events within both sites, and with our sponsored parties dealt with industry experts to set up and run successful events from start to finish. When I did these events I created everything from the branding and marketing to the logistics of the event. While dealing with all large event bookings and organisation of the events I had to ensure the site adheres to the licensing policy. Also within my role I engage with guests and visitors dealing with all their requests and issues ensuring that they are given the best possible service while managing large teams of staff and supporting them in the completion of different tasks and goals whilst encouraging growth and development of their skills. I also am an expert in completing daily security and fire checks, and maintaining high standards expected by the company and the relevant legislations and laws. I am a competent complaint and query handler and resolve these in a timely and professional manner. I am a critical thinker and have excellent problem-solving skills and this gives me the ability to handle ad hoc issues that may occur. Voir moins
