Manage assigned installations at a level that promotes goodwill, confidence and credibility to exceed customer expectations in terms of product installation and support quality. ▪ Perform on-site Installations, trainings, service support of Roche analysers (clinical chemistry / Immunology) Cobas 6000, C501/E601, Cobas Integra 400 Plus, Cobas C111, Cobas E411.▪ Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failure, using advanced knowledge, experience and skills.▪ Determine most cost-effective repair/resolution.▪ Provide routine technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.▪ Serve as customer contact on routine technical and service related problems.▪ Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.▪ Schedule and perform preventive maintenance per department policy.▪ Responsible for calibrations and controls of Roche tests to perform high quality results.▪ Developing test portfolio in different laboratories. ▪ Promote effective, positive and productive communication among team to ensure and maximize satisfaction of customer base.▪ Provide feedback from customers and act as customer advocate.▪ Availability for continuous business trips all over the country.
