      - Follow up and assist the branches in solving any problems during the Car Loan life cycle and in achieving their targets.- Study on a regular basis the bank’s competitors offers.- Seek for new Showrooms dealers to increase the bank clients’ database.- Maintain and develop the cross selling concept (i.e. car insurance offer, etc…) for better customer services.- Assist the Car Loans Department management in evaluating the commercials, technical, and resources needs so as to further find ways for increase the Car Loans penetration ratio.- Maintain a proper and professional relationship with the clients and ensure that they receive the desired quality of service from both the Car Loans Sales and the branch’s Relationship Executive.- Act as a liaison and coordinator between the Car Loans Sales and the Branch from one side; and the back Office and the Branch from the other side throughout all the loan life cycle..- Coordinate with the Car Loans sales and use their showrooms contacts to assist the client in finding the required car.- Assist the Car Loans Sales job “if needed” according to the job needs & requirements.- Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that NSGB business is conducted in compliance with local laws, internal rules and regulations, as well as, international standards.- Confirm proper adherence to NSGB Credit Risk Policy, Credit Authority, in addition to CBE regulations & circulars.- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of Permeant Supervision system, compliance, money laundering, operational risk & workplace success guidelines whenever & wherever possible.
