The level of responsibilities varied from taking phone calls to scheduling every aspect of the consultants’ private clinic, including answering patient queries, scheduling outpatient appointments, scheduling day case procedures, dictation and issuing of all correspondence, taking payments for appointments and dealing with correspondence received via email, fax or post in an appropriate and efficient manner. I worked as part of a team to ensure that every client’s needs were met in the most efficient manner possible.
