  I created lesson plans and taught computer skills to elementary students such as keyboarding, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. I also taught them how to navigate, do research and be safe on the internet. I hooked up computers and printers. I administered programs for the school which included enrolling students, testing and tracking their progress and ran reports. I assisted other teachers by troubleshooting and fixing problems that they were having with their computers, printers, and the Internet. If I couldn't solve the problem, I put in a tech request.   I check out/in and assign Chromebooks to students. I troubleshoot issues with Chromebooks, desktops, and copiers and try to resolve those issues or create a tech request for them to be sent off or fixed. I take care of the media center by checking out/in books using Destiny and shelving them. I help with collecting Chromebooks and doing inventory at the end of the school year. I also laminate items and create bulletin boards for the school and various other things.
