  Fleet Manager - Managed and maintained a 25 vehicle and 13 trailer fleet. Vehicles were all held to a higher standard and compliant with DOT regulations. Establishing progress reports that were given and collected from the crews to maintain the performance and longevity of the vehicles. Scheduled routine maintenance and repairs were handled in a prompt and timely manner. Warehouse | Delivery- Upheld a 5 million dollar warehouse. Pulled and staged orders for tower crews. Materials were also delivered on an on call basis. Scheduled deliveries ranged from any departure time to ensure the crew had a proper start time the following day. Materials were also collected from various places. Inventory of the warehouse was kept current and maintained daily with cycle counts. Reorganized warehouse by part number and locations. Learned a working knowledge of AT&T, T-mobile, and Verizon materials.Ground Hand - Antenna work including Sled construction and mounts. Mounting Antennas, TMA's and Diplexers to Mast pipe then to the sleds. Built Booms and ran tag lines to crews on tower. Decommissioned older cabinets ( GSM/ UMTS, Power plants. ) Ran coax. Built and installed Lunar pads, cable trays. Also poured pads for shelters and generators, dug trenches for conduit. Formed Deadmen / Mafia blocks for new guyed towers and replaced old one for structural upgrades. Installed and repaired fencing, along with ice bridges. Ripped and replaced roofed shelters for AT&T. While preforming counts and inspections with arriving materials, to ensure receipt documentation is retained and properly recorded in company data base. Ensuring that the materials are sorted in accordance with the projects storage plan and that the location of materials can be properly staged for in house crews or sub-contractors picking up. Once the issued materials are obtained they are entered into the system for further true up totals. All materials are properly reflected in the storage records.Material Coordinator | Procurement Specialist- Document drafting to record and track materials sent to other markets. Personally, built a tracker, using Microsoft Excel to track all client’s EP&L materials. Manages and drafts Equipment return & asset movement forms. Personally, generated a baseline inventory for the clients supplied materials. (EP &L) to support the launch of the Vast program (AT&T specific.). Currently training others in vast program and its Latt reports. All the while managing and currently maintaining a multi-million-dollar warehouse with a 98% inventory rating. So, to ensure that materials are properly controlled and documented in accordance with project procedures. Picked up client owned equipment, scanned into client owned tracking system and into my personally crafted tracking for allocation to site and record keeping.
