  • Manage and performs MAXIMO processes to include receiving, Issuing, ordering and shipping for all trades. I was the only person to run the whole materials operation for the camp so I had to do everything possible to help trades with the supplies so I had to learn everything about MAXIMO Catalog Build, Report of Discrepancy (RODS), Count Control Documents (CCD), Inventory Adjustment Reports (IAR), Causative Research and Customer Assistance. Perform and process documents in the suspense and duplicate document files. • Implements and control special inventories and inventory sensitive items. Receives, edits, and routes inventory transactions for processing. Assimilate and report statistics of Inventory Accuracy, Location Survey Accuracy and Inventory Adjustment Rate. Schedule a 100% location survey prior to conducting scheduled inventories. Evaluate and correct input/output errors regarding inventory balance adjustments.• Processing and finalizing documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Receives incoming shipments and assist on unloading vehicles at loading ramp. Inspect for damages, check items received against shipping documents and sign receipts as appropriate. Unpack or uncrate incoming shipments as required and inspect for internal damage or missing components. Show less
