Represented US-NATO presence, often the only American partner unit, coalesced multi-cultural units to a common goal across sixteen countries.• Strategic Communications: Tasked to close out USMC presence in Romania and relocate forces to Norway while navigating the complexities of allied partner perceptions and equities. Ranked as number one of eight stations in the district.• Established compliance measures for an annual budget of $745,000, seventy-nine GSA vehicles, and thirty-nine recruiting facilities spanning three states and over 65,000 square miles with a demonstrated history of achieving budget milestones. The school focuses on the resource components of national power, such as industry, technology, and economics.• In addition to traditional war college subjects of joint and interagency operations, the curriculum includes an industry studies program that studies the economic health of selected industrial sectors, both within the United States and globally.
