  Planed, designed, and fabricated a simulator of the Aries sugarcane harvester electrical system and components. This electrically and mechanically integrated simulator will be used for troubleshooting process and training of technitians.Demonstrated quick learning skills by learning the entire electrical system and its components. Designed a cart to house all of the components. Cart will fit through a standard door for classroom training. Component location on simulator mimics the location on the actual machine.Once completed the simulator powered up and functioned as intended.The simulator is currently being used for training technicians.
