  I supervised the workload of the workshop and I was in charge of the production follow-up of the tool machines. I was managed a team of 35 persons in the workshop, and responsible of all the main productions steps from the raw material up to the final product delivered to the client. I succeeded a reduction of the subcontractors cost by 11%. I have restarted a 3-D NC dimensional control machine after a long period of inaction. I established Operation flow charts for several CNC machines; I have written a management manual for the production procedures, and I have reduced the delivery delay by 10%.
