Responsible for the following:Processed the agenda prior to all City Council meetings; process all ordinances, resolutions, and RCAs following City Council meetings. Create, monitor, and distribute the Speakers’ List for City Council meetings. Received and process Zoning Protest Petitions and other legal documents; receive and file community meeting reports. Serve as file clerk for the department; maintain a variety of records and files which can be accessed immediately when needed. Order supplies and materials for the office. Provide support for Citizen’s Review Board hearings and meetings. Complete minutes for the Citizen’s Review Board. Process all mail in and outgoing mail. Maintain the Council Attendance Report. Complete reports on speakers that address Council following each Council meeting. Ensure accurate, appropriate and timely payment of bills or contract installments and departmental expenditures by using Munis. Assist the Clerk and Deputy Clerk on special projects as needed.
