This role developed my project and stakeholder management skills to bring together cross functional teams in order to ensure that the project was delivered on time and to budget. I also supported in building out our product propositions for multiple mobile and tablet launches as well as foster relationships with the NZ telcos to provide them with marketing material and assets to support in their marketing efforts for key Samsung launches.   Sitting within our global Revenue Operations and Strategy team, I am accountable for the end to end running and ownership of the Xero Partner Program which serves over 200,000 accountants and bookkeepers who use Xero in their practice. Reporting to the Head of Partner Program, I supported the development and execution of program initiatives to drive growth and acquisition in Xero's accounting and bookkeeping channels. In this global role, I was primarily responsible for working with internal creative teams and regional marketing teams to execute the marketing and sales elements of these initiatives.
