This project involves discovering about inverse square relationship between distance and intensity of radiation based on gamma ray and maximum energy of decay by beta particles. This research will involve the use of Geiger-Muller counter to detect radiations.

I learned to make semiconductor metal contact by using sputtering technique and study the applications of metal contact on optoelectronic devices.
