  As an experienced senior associate, Jason’s responsibilities and job descriptions include, but are not limited to:(-) Performing Sarbanes-Oxley review and assessment of entity-level controls including softer COSO components(-) Providing some level of supervision over the audit engagement from start to end with reporting to team managers and engagement partners.
