      While leading Corporate Technology in APAC & India, we have combined with our support engineers in the UK and Germany supporting more than 1,500 users in more than 20 countries.Towards our goal of providing a more-seamless experience for the large proportion of our workforce based outside the Americas, I have delivered standardised processes and metrics across IT assets, incident management, major incidents, disaster recovery and resource availability.We continue to unify projects separated by geographies and technologies into a congruent programme of support activities while advocating to improve the experience for our users.By leveraging a new relationship with a global supplier as a first-choice we are simplifying processes and reducing variables for >90% of requests.
