  I joined the opening committee of over 13 small, regular, and premier malls including the following:SM Center Angono, SM City Cauayan, SM East Ortigas, SM City San Mateo, SM City Del Monte, SM Cagayan de Oro Downtown, SM Center Ormoc, SM City Telepastagan, SM City Legaspi, SM City Butuan, SM City Olangapo Central, and SM Mindpro ZamboangaI spearheaded subcommittees and ad hoc groups to ensure that the projects will be completed within the strict parameters of budget, standard, and timeline.My group headed the punch list inspections in turnovers from various construction groups. As landlord, I managed the lifecycle of tenants from acquisition to operations.In 2019 and 2020, I exercised oversight in the expansion of SM City Fairview and SM City Masinag. As a result, both malls opened despite the onslaught of pandemic.I am currently a member of the steering committee of SM Mall of Asia Square which will house the world’s largest Ikea in Q4 2021.
