  Being initially inspired by Robert Kiyosaki, it became clear to me that there is something unique about using property to generate an income through strategic investing, or simply being clever with what house I should live in to get the best value from the land.Buying my first block of land in Brisbane in 2015, then shortly after building a lovely home on it, was a great experience learning about how it all works. Since then, having dabbled in purchases in three other suburbs in Brisbane, experimenting with Granny Flats and Renovations, it has proven very fruitful, resulting in many around me asking for help to buy property.
