  Worked in the AI department, reporting directly to the Product Ops Manager. The main focus points include: - Analysis and presentation of quantitative and qualitative user behaviour data to improve million-dollar clients’ products, while creating automated processes to obtain these KPIs. - Design of multiple virtual agents, including the company’s website virtual agent, and re-design of a high-level client’s product that improved their CX. - Work closely with million-dollar clients, resolving their queries, conducting live demos and frequently presenting new product insights. Additionally having responsibility over project handovers and consequent monitoring. - Aid in the creation of HTML and Javascript snippets to implement customised virtual agent products in clients’ websites. - Participation in R&D processes to help improve products as an AI power user, working cross-functionally with different teams to help design and develop solutions for customers on product implementation, and identifying intent opportunities based on the client's industry domain to further enhance automation. - Audits of over 10 virtual agents across multiple industries (including healthcare, banking and entertainment) and providing recommendations to ensure their best production quality and UX experience. - Creation of valuable internal and client facing documentation for product usage, from best practices to completely detailed tutorials to aid cross-functional teams in the development of virtual agents.
