  Worked as part of the process engineering team where my main responsibilities included monitoring the pyrolysis reactor process using the SIMATIC WinCC V7 interface, extracting and visualizing post-run data to analyze process trends and prepare technical reports. Additionally, I also performed mass balance calculations for process equipment sizing, such as pumps and filters, preparing equipment specification sheets, and updating P&IDs using AutoCAD.My achievements at NPT were £150,000 per year in savings by improving dryer efficiency by 30%. I led equipment commissioning activities, successfully reducing pretreatment batch time by 50%. Additionally, I participated in HAZOP studies for plant modifications. Show less
