  Led the development of The Coca-Cola Company Operating Requirements, which are the farm-to-fork Quality, Food Safety, Life Safety, and Environmental requirements for suppliers, manufacturing and distribution operations used by over 4,000 suppliers, 18 business units, 800 franchise-owned manufacturing facilities, plus several hundred-contract manufacturers. The scope of work also includes knowledge management, risk and impact assessment, communications, and technical research. • Recent successes include facilitating and participating on cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration to publish a diverse set of new data-driven global operating models for Wastewater Treatment Environmental and Regulatory requirements, Dairy and Tea operations, Fleet and Electrical Safety requirements. Show less Built and led the seven-person supplier authorization and monitoring team for service suppliers (external laboratories, OEMs, outsourced manufacturing services), ingredients (sweetener, gases, fruits, nuts, vitamins), packaging (primary, secondary and tertiary), supplier laboratories, self-manufacturing (CO2, preform, ILBM) filling locations, and recycled PET. The annual spend was over $5 billion. Responsible for SRM/CRM maintenance. Developed and implemented BU risk assessment and pre- and post -audit work processes and tool set to identify greater risk segmentation in supply base. This effort facilitated the improvement in suppliers earning Full Authorization from 54% in 2011 to 78% in 2013.
