  As a visiting lecturer, I teach selected lectures and lead workshops at two modules: Critical Studies in Music Business and Arts Management and Introduction to Music Industries within BA Music Business and Arts Management course.Critical Studies module enables students to develop your critical understanding of key and contemporary issues in the music business and wider arts sector; explore how the complexity and ambiguity of these issues affect professional practice in arts management and the music business; and develop your independent enquiry, analysis and communication skills to devise and sustain arguments about the key and contemporary issues in arts management.Introduction to Music Industries module provides an overview of the music industries, principally the sectors of recording, publishing and live music. You will develop an understanding of related music industry roles (e.g. managers, publishers, A&R, agents, promoters, and administrators) and of the ways that music industry sectors interact with one another, as well as with creators.   I was the Student Experience Intern at The Faculty of Arts. My main role was to coordinate student-led Interdisciplinary Arts Research Projects. IARP is a new opportunity for intermediate and final year UG students interested in interdisciplinary group research, run in conjunction with the Modern Records Centre (MRC). Participants work in an inter-disciplinary group with students from across the Faculty of Arts - a chance to make new connections and experience different approaches to learning/researching, and develop transferable skills such as resilience and teamworking skills.This internship was a great opportunity to connect more with the university community and students at all levels. Thanks to this experience, I realised that my approach towards all my professional roles is interdisciplinary, and I am glad students on the undergraduate level can through IARP understand the tie between the various fields and skills. Practically, I organised 13 workshops two of them led by myself focused on Project Management and Teamwork, and Theatre in Public Engagement. I learned how to use MS Teams, Miro and Padlet digital tools as well as to manage my own time better, I also learned about the valuable resources available at Warwick useful for my own research and future career.
