  Harni Multispeciality Hospital had been a dream of my mother for a long time and when she finally started the hospital along came a lot of challenges to make it function optimally. We have a team of very accomplished doctors, nurses and paramedical staff but a healthcare manager was a necessity and a luxury for a new setup. I stepped in as the Healthcare Manager in January 2023, since then I have successfully arranged and conducted 6 camps in both rural and urban areas around Vadodara, partnered with leading healthcare providers and companies for better reach, increased patient satisfaction by 90℅, we have also seen a steady increase in walk in patients and my team is happier. We are still a growing family with unbridled passion and energy and I hope that I am able to do justice to my team. Show less
