  As the Vice President for Membership, my responsibilities include all of the strategic planning, marketing, and execution of both the fall and spring recruitment periods. In particular, the role is responsible for setting recruitment dates and timelines along with implementing mechanisms and reforms to recruitment as are necessary to support the health and growth of the IFC. The role also entails educating both chapter members and recruits as to the expectations of fraternity life after recruitment and, most importantly, the behavior required to ensure the safety of every participant. Also write my own work throughout the semester alongside members of the group that I am managing.
