      In the Faculty Guild, Faculty Facilitators lead professional development circles dedicated to improving student outcomes by helping faculty improve their own teaching. A facilitator leads the Circle through an appreciative inquiry model--amplifying reflection and learning. The facilitator provides each participant weekly feedback--praising the quality aspects, providing contextualized guidance on underlying theory, and offering alternative approaches.
