I was responsible for the different exhibitions that we attended to maintain contact with old customers and establish new ones. I coordinated with vendors, suppliers and our sales colleagues in Asia, USA and Russia to make sure everything was in place on-site. I also coordinated with our engineers and marketing agency to create updated marketing material for each exhibition. Every year the company hosts an annual mingle event in Chicago. In 2012 I single-handedly planned and organized the whole event in detail from a different time zone.During 1 year I worked on 5 exhibitions in Copenhagen, Vienna, Chicago, Shenzhen and Moscow.   PwC Sweden is the market leader within auditing, accounting, tax and advisory services, with 2,900 people with operations at 33 locations throughout the country. In 2016/2017 the whole company was going through a digital transformation, “One PwC for the Future”. I was hired as a consulting production manager as part of the strategy team, organizing ideation workshops all over Sweden. This meant working hands-on in Stockholm and providing online guidance for the other 32 locations.When I joined the team, there had only been one workshop with the partners and there were no structures on how to proceed. Together with a team of three people, we started to create a process for over 35 workshops. I then added a structure to the process by creating a workshop calendar and wrote manuals, supply lists and other necessary information needed regarding the workshops. These were then provided to the assistants in the different locations through an email campaign that I created.
