  I was part of the UK Winback division whose primary objective was to reinstate customers who left the brand over the years. Objection handling would be one of the main areas of the job along with ensuring daily targets are hit and logged using the computer system. I progressed to the UK Pipeline campaign which deals with cancellations. I hit my target for every week in which I was on the campaign.I left the job on May 4th as I moved to another job.
