      "Rethinking, Reusing, Recycling – Spring school“ (May 2015) first seminar held in Gračanica, Kosovo.„Project management seminar“ (Jul 2015) second seminar held in Sofia, Bulgaria.„Evaluation seminar“ (Sep 2015) third seminar held in Crikvenica, Croatia.These seminars were HUGE confidence boosts for me. In Highschool, I thought I wasn't very bright just because I had average grades and I couldn't find a way to express myself. I always had ideas to improve things, start businesses but I didn't believe in myself as I didn't have hard-skills "only" ideas. These seminars not only have me hard skills but put me in the mindset of an entrepreneur, confirmed that's possible to make a change even in the Balkans, and actually made me famous for a bit (at last in my town). I got a budget after writing a plan and created an urban garden in the city of Rijeka. I was invited to talk about it on the local radio and gave a statement to the local newspapers which was really exciting for a 19-year-old me and I enjoy every second of it. Show less
