  Comcast Business Services:Roles: Although officially a Sales Rep, I had to wear many hats. I initiated and completed more projects than anyone else in my department. I had to manage and negotiate service levels to meet ROI. I had to be a Project Manager and key communicator among all stakeholders. In the Comcast Business Class Department, I helped R&D and rollout the 50Mbps Internet product working out the kinks onsite before we went public with it in Nashville. With Comcast Dial Tone Phone Service I was the key technology contact in Nashville who helped R&D and work out kinks of stacking eMTAs and integrating our service with enterprise level Definity switches and most PBX, PBX hybrid, and IP-PBX systems (Merlin, Avaya, Nortel Meridian/Norstar, Panasonic, Asterisk). My last project was working on Teredo IPv6 RDP connections in a Windows 7 environment. As an Outside Sales Rep. For 2009 I was Nationally Ranked #124 : Nominated for "2009 Presidents Club". During the "Nashville Flood" I had to manage, establish and reconnect countless VIP and Key customers with "Out of the Box" solutions to get them up and running.
