  I provided technical support to internal and external clients regarding the industrial platform products (bearings, housings, lubricants, seals), product selection, and product equivalences. Also, I managed the repairment of Maintenance Products (MaPro) and the repairment and calibration of the Condition Monitoring Products (CoMo). In addition, I attended third parties’ manufacturing sites for Condition Monitoring data collection, damaged bearings replacement, and lubrication maintenance.

  At Ford MC I played a key role in two major projects: Ford Ranger MY2020 and Ford Ranger MY2016. I was accountable for the development of automotive components at tier 1 suppliers, from the design of parts until full capacity production. I worked through work plans and optimised program metrics to successfully launch brand new global models. Furthermore, I led the incorporation of design changes on developing components without affecting the milestones of the project. Lastly, during the prototype builds, I managed all quality issues raised that were attributed to parts defects, actively participating in the root cause analysis and final resolution actions.
