      During my Ph.D., I conducted extensive research on two-dimensional nanomaterials for energy storage and conversion applications, which involved exploring anode materials for metal-ion batteries, solid-state hydrogen storage, water splitting for hydrogen production, and thermoelectricity using Density Functional Theory (DFT). Additionally, I delved into applications related to sensing of hazardous molecules and bio-molecules using nanomaterials.
