Developed and transferred fulfillment and print services from original vendor to another supplier early 2016. Performed significant due-diligence, presented project to Teleflex Executive Leadership Team, negotiated new multi-year agreement with total cost savings of $625,000 over a 3-year period. Created and instituted a full project plan for the successful transition. Fulfillment consists of $1.3M worth of inventory, with 600 SKUs. Print management consists of more than 225 projects in excess of $525,000 annually.
