      I was responsible for looking after the hospitality agents and resellers at the Club. I worked on two RFPs in 2019 & 2020 that sold 2500+ hospitality seats to hospitality resellers through a rigorous commercial and due-diligence process. This delivered 10 Official Hospitality Resellers on long term deals that secured a financial commitment to the Club across multiple seasons.I was also involved a number of other commercial projects across the Hospitality & Ticketing Department. This included looking after the Club's off-site hospitality programme which was key to delivering incremental revenue each season against a department budget of c£30m per season. I also led on the project to overall the Hospitality Exchange system to deliver a process that not only produced a successful commercial outcome but assisted in the retention of current seasonal members.Key Responsibilities:• Sell seasonal and matchday hospitality primarily to the agency and reseller market ensuring the Club maximises revenue at every opportunity.• Develop and implement a robust agent sales policy • Dedicated point of contact for developing agent pipeline and maintaining existing relationships• Working at key agent facilities to ensure smooth matchday operations• Liaise with relevant internal departments once sale has been made to ensure a smooth customer journey at all times – ticketing, hospitality, operations and finance.• Identify, develop and implement new revenue streams for the team and wider department.• Manage the off-site hospitality operations to ensure a high level of service is delivered to fans whilst ensuring the smooth running of the Club’s off-site hospitality.
