Companies who want an environment where their people can be happy and healthy, where people feel engaged and fulfilled; and where the people experience reflects the distinctive purpose, brand and values of the organisation.The average person spends roughly 90,000 hours at work. That’s way more time than you’ll spend with your family and friends, on holiday or pursuing your hobbies and interests. And if you ask people how they feel about their work, most people will tell you ‘it’s fine’. And for some people, work actually makes them unwell.This is why we set up The Pioneers, because we believe work should be so much better than this.Over the last 10 years, we’ve really discovered who it is that we can help and there are three things that we’ve learnt…1. We do our best work for companies that are growing from roughly 25 to 150 people and who need to create the systems and structure to manage people effectively at scale. 2.
