Trained and mentored 80 cadets at the United States Military Academy on radio operations; assisted in developing future officers on critical decision making skills. Ensured all Soldiers followed safety guidelines during all major field training exercises, resulting in zero accidents or injuries. Vast technical knowledge allowed the setup of SIPR/NIPR Access Points at two remote Joint Combat Operation Posts during Operation Enduring Freedom 11-12. Continuously shared knowledge and experiences with subordinates; cross trained two Soldiers on the operation and troubleshooting procedures for the SIPR/NIPR Access Points. Maintained accountability and ensured all equipment, valued in excess of $5,000,000 was 100% operational. Accepted the role of Platoon Sergeant on numerous occasions, responsible for the training, welfare, and accountability of up to 25 Soldiers.
