  The role included few stages of preparation including a formal audit of legal documents followed by meetings with staff and students combined with infrastructural checks. As a final result of my work I co-authored reports and recommendations for the Minister of Science and Higher Education concerning the quality of teaching on a given course. During my work I audited over 20 Universities.

  My key assignment was conducting scientific experiments and broadening my knowledge of advanced organic synthesis. Moreover I engaged in variety of activities connected with the Students’ Union. During that time I authored documents essential for functioning of the Faculty, such as academic regulations, curricula, teaching quality assurance system. Additionally I organized organic chemistry courses for students later acting as lecturer.

In this role as President I was responsible for acquisition of funding from key chemical companies for tasks such as organization of symposia. By close cooperation with other main stakeholders within the whole Th. Geyer Group I implement Company-wide processes assuring their compliance with local regulations and introduce changes to them focused on legality and efficiency.I manage and oversee Sales Services, Purchasing, Logistics, and other back-office departments in terms of strategy, its everyday execution, evaluation, human resources management, and assurance of highest performance of day-to-day business.
