  Project Engineer

  As a Project Engineer, I was primarily responsible for formulating detailed proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates for remediation projects including bench and pilot scale treatability studies. I also performed technical field investigations including: soil and groundwater sampling, data gathering and data preparation for reports and studies. One highlight of my role was the successful design and implementation of a full scale bioremediation system for a 2‐acre site in PA, while continuing to manage subsequent sampling program, field oversight, data analysis and regulatory reporting process. • Managed the EQuIS/EDMS analytical databases for landfills, EPA Superfund sites and U.S. Army Corps projects. Additionally, developed methods to streamline the data reduction process.   NRD Litigation Projects Coordinator

  In this role, I actively managed technical and financial projects in support of BP’s NRD research and litigation team. This included managing BP’s annual $100m+ spend on 20+ independent consultants working on NRD research in support of environmental litigation. On a daily basis, I coordinated and led the cost analysis and financial reconciliation of BP’s to support legal and technical teams. Additionally, I led the design, development and maintenance of a dynamic 1,000+ dataset online repository that houses 230+ scientific studies conducted on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. This required extensive collaboration with internal and external IT consultants and technical and legal staff to prior to launch.• Greatly increased efficiency of project turnaround time by 50% utilizing MS Excel to streamline the budgeting and contractor award process. Simultaneously implemented a first-rate system that tracked deliverables and oversaw contractor spending.• Generated over $2m in cost savings by improving third party contractor management.   My role at BP Solar is dedicated to managing litigation matters and providing oversight of the after sales warranty program for BP Solar products. I am responsible for managing the tasks and transfer of information between IT, litigation support and the court appointed claims administrator to ensure court dictated timelines are met. Additionally, I provide oversight and work with the after sales warranty team in implementing standard operating procedures to manage the after sales warranty program.
