  This is a research project on behaviour of people under prof M.Vijaya titled "Organizational behaviour and Human resource management".We conducted a survey on behaviour of an individual across different age groups through open-ended questionnaire which makes an individual realises himself and there is no perfect answer for any of these questions.Later we did the analyzation part using two techniques namely Q-methodology and projection technique.Q-methodology is a psychology methodology used in research to study participants view. It investigates the perspectives of participants who represents different stances on an issue allowing them to rank or sort a series of statements.Projection technique is indirect and unstructured form of investigation where projections of respondents are used to infer the participants underlying motives, urges or intentions which cannot be secured through direct questioning.This project gave me an experience of a research analyst and significant exposure in the field of management.
