  I worked on the Evaluation team as an analyst for the Young Quakers Community Athletics program, an after school initiative that allowed elementary schoolers and middle schoolers to learn sports skills and be mentored by the male and female athletes on the Penn lacrosse and track and field teams. In this role, I did the following:-conducted focus groups (FGDs) and interviews with key stakeholders-analyzed the primary data collected using Atlas.TI-assisted in writing actionable evaluation reports that would inform the management of the programBefore this role, I worked as a Quantitative Data Manager. As a member of the Evaluation Team at the Netter Center, I collected quantitative data on after school programs in West Philadelphia partner schools that would inform 21st Century Community Learning Center grants.
