  At DICE Foundation NED University of Engineering and Technology, I worked on the design and fabrication of 'Pakistan's first-ever commercial electric vehicle battery pack' according to international standards. The battery pack will be employed in the DICE electric vehicle prototype.Highlights: • Led a team of 8 multidisciplinary engineering students for the design, development and testing of a34.5 KWh battery pack for DICE EV.• Progressed through 7 different CAD models with major concept changes to meet the SAE standards and packaging constraints.• Carried out structural analysis for different load cases to achieve a Factor of Safety (FoS) of 4.• Optimized battery cooling system to achieve maximum performance for Pakistan's hot weather (55°C).
